Trading forex and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. TheTradersHut provides educational content and mentorship; we do not provide financial advice. Any trades you make are at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the service or digital content has been accessed. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time.

4. Attendance and QR Scanning

For physical training sessions, users are required to log their attendance using the TheTradersHut mobile application. This involves scanning a QR code provided at the venue. You agree to provide the necessary camera permissions on your device for this purpose. Unauthorized or fraudulent attempts to log attendance may result in suspension of your membership.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must interact respectfully within the community. Harassment, spamming, or the sharing of unauthorized promotional material is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the platform, including training materials, videos, and analysis, is the property of TheTradersHut and is protected by copyright laws. You may not redistribute or resell any of our materials without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheTradersHut or its mentors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or from any trades made based on our educational content.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
